   Get your RCMP-certified fingerprints

   The Parole Board requires a certified criminal record check based on fingerprints, taken at an accredited agency. We tell you exactly what to ask for and what it typically costs.

   Collect your court and police records

   You gather the court information for each conviction and local police record checks for every place you have lived in the past five years. We give you a per-record checklist so nothing is missed — incomplete applications are the number-one cause of delay.

   Write the statements the Board reads

   The application asks for an account of the offence and a statement of how you have done since — the measurable-benefit and sustained-rehabilitation narrative. We structure these from the facts you give us; you review every word.

5. 5

   Assemble the Parole Board forms

   We prepare your complete application package with the current Parole Board of Canada forms filled from your answers, plus a cover checklist of what to enclose.

6. 6

   You file it, and pay the government directly

   You mail your package to the Parole Board and pay the government's filing fee directly to the government. That fee never passes through us.

Are you eligible?
